This workshop is designed to assist people to understand:

  • What triggers stress
  • How to avoid it
  • What to do when you’re in it

Target Audience:

  • Individuals feeling overwhelmed, under-enthused, and just plain tired
  • Anyone who regularly undergoes change that may or may not be of their choosing
  • Those who would like to take control of their reactions and emotions

Objective:

  • To assess stress triggers
  • To discover methods for dealing with change to avoid stress
  • To learn proven methods for instant and lasting stress reduction that even children can use.
  • To practice techniques that will have participants feeling better and more in control

Format:

This is a 90 minute workshop. Attendees will engage in interactive exercises, discussions, and hands-on activities. All handouts and materials will be provided by the facilitator.

Note: A condensed 30 – 60 minute presentation is also available.  Also, a more in-depth, full- day course, designed for specific target groups is available.

Pricing:

The Standard Pricing for this workshop is $200 or $20 per participant when delivered in a community education setting. (10-person Minimum)
